Reflex Integration
Therapy

The Journal of Neurology and Neuroscience defines reflex integration therapy (RFT) as a novel and non-invasive method for evaluating and improving neurodevelopmental delays.  Studies have shown that both adults and children can benefit from RFT.

Integration refers to the inhibition by higher centers of neurological control which modify the reflex in such a way that the pattern of response is no longer stereotypical. The reflex does not disappear; it may reactivate and reactivated later in life.

LED
Light Therapy

Light therapy has been used for skin and circulation treatment successfully for some time.   More recently light therapy has been used for a variety of healing purposes with amazing results.

Light therapy affects tissue at a cellular level using low-level LED light to penetrate the skin’s surface and into underlying tissues, stimulating the body’s natural cellular functions. This application of specific non-ionizing wavelengths of light lead to non-invasive, drug-free medical and wellness benefits.

Lymphatic Drainage
Therapy

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT) is a gentle technique that works through the body's interstitial and lymphatic system to activate the body's liquid circulation and stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems.
By mapping the lymphatic pathways as well as to assessing the client before, during, and after a session, the precise areas of the body where there is fluid stagnation or fibrosis can be treated.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

Whole Body Vibration Therapy

Power Plate’s unique vibrations help improve hydration of skin and muscle tissue. These vibrations actually help move fluid between cells, loosen up adhesion which help relax tight and stiff muscles, and improve overall flexibility.
Training your body to adapt and stabilize on a vibrating surface helps dramatically increase your overall balance, as your body is normally used to stable surfaces.

TRX Suspension Training
